In alignment with this commitment, the 2nd Maintenance and Reliability Conference was recently held at Hindalco’s Hirakud site, bringing together around 150 participants. Representatives from diverse units—including Smelters, Captive Power Plants (CPP), Co-generation Power Plants (CGPP), the Alumina Refinery, and Birla Copper—actively participated in this important event.
Mr. Kaizad Engineer, Technical Director of USHTA, had the privilege of delivering a session on Structural Maintenance and Reliability, a subject of growing importance in today’s industrial context. His presentation focused on proactive maintenance strategies and the integration of advanced technologies for monitoring and assessing structural integrity.
